Workings of the mind

The inner workings of the mind is like a vast unexplored galaxy. The thoughts and emotions it creates and rationalizes are like stars and planets in the galaxy. Some are easy to see, bright and beautiful; some are faded and hidden deep within; some are black holes sucking energy from your being, and some may better left unexplored all together.

Occasionally, I may post different types of thought streams, poems, or statements. One is called "Have you ever...". Ideas for these pieces may be directly from me and some may be by the experiences of others. Perhaps you'll enjoy some of them. Feel free to comment or discuss.

  1. Hi Lauren ~ I'm super interested in the workings of the mind. Sometimes I think I should've studied psychology. The part about leaving some thoughts unexplored ... not in my nature. Heh. I gotta explore them all. :-)

  2. Thanks for the comment. I do agree, that it's good, or at least interesting, to take a peek at every thought. But, after you get a look at the thoughts of some people, what if they begin to invade your own? Yep, I think psychology would suit you!
